Beyond GHS – Complement your Exercise Regime and Practice Effective Anti-aging

We all know how important it is to keep fit and active. It’s one of the keys to not just living longer but living healthier for longer. But with so many of us these days being time poor - always rushing around, without a moment to spare - trying to fit a regular exercise regime into such busy lives can be a challenge in itself. So when you do manage to find the time to exercise, it makes sense to do what you can to gain the greatest benefit possible from your exercise programme. And this is where Beyond GHS can help.

So what is Beyond GHS?

Beyond GHS is a unique blend of the most powerful growth hormone (GH) secretion stimulators known. These stimulators are sometimes referred to as secretagogues i.e. substances that cause other substances to be secreted. If you work out regularly and take Beyond GHS, you will be giving yourself the chance to get the very best from your exercise regime. Within just a month of starting a course of Beyond GHS, you’ll begin to notice the difference. It helps to build up lean muscle mass. Body strength and performance will be increased and you will begin to lose those unwanted pounds.

But even if you don’t exercise regularly, Beyond GHS still makes a great addition to anyone’s health regime because not only does it bestow benefits on those who like to keep their bodies in shape, it also has potent anti-aging properties.

The combination of GH secretion stimulators in Beyond GHS comprises of three separate components, all of which are made from entirely natural ingredients. This makes Beyond GHS the most powerful GH releasing formula ever made from natural ingredients. The three elements that make up Beyond GHS are:

  • Natural compounds; A specially processed blend of hypothalamic and anterior pituitary peptides
  • Amino acids; A combination of 4 amino acids, specially selected because of their powerful ability to release GH
  • Herbs; A leading edge herbal complex made up from whole plant extracts of tribulus terrestris, schizandra, licorice and moomiyo, designed to maximise the output and anabolic (skeletal muscle growth) effects of IGF-1 (insulin like growth factor -1) and to reduce body fat (catabolic effects).
  • The powerful combination of peptides works to help transport the entire growth hormone releasing compound to targeted receptor sites located at the pituitary gland, a grape-sized organ found at the base of the brain behind the bridge of the nose. The peptides have been processed in such a way that they are water soluble and also small enough to be absorbed by the small intestine. Without such specialised processing, the peptides would remain too large and would simply pass straight though the intestines and be eliminated from the body as waste product.

But to even get Beyond GHS capsules to the small intestines in the first place is a challenge because they have to pass through the hostile environment of the stomach. To overcome the potential of being destroyed by stomach acid, Beyond GHS capsules are covered in a special coating known as Acid Protection Factor or APF. APF is a natural proprietary acid protection process which has been specifically designed to allow amino acids and peptides to be safely transported through stomach acid, enabling them to reach the intestinal tract for processing and absorption by the body.

The resulting combination of natural compounds, amino acids and herbs found in Beyond GHS has shown clear physiologic GH-like responses making Beyond GHS an exceptional GH release supplement. It is Beyond GHS’s ability to not only stimulate the body’s secretion of GH but also to maximise IGF-1’s output and effect that makes Beyond GHS so very special.

Why is it so important to stimulate the release of GH?

To answer this, of course, we have to look at why we need GH and what happens to our GH supplies as we grow older. GH is probably the most well known of all the pituitary hormones. GH stimulates growth and cell reproduction allowing the body to repair and rejuvenate itself. Not surprisingly, therefore, it plays a major role in normal growth from birth through to adulthood. Indeed, given its crucial role within the body and the fact that its positive effects can be felt throughout the whole of the body, HGH is sometimes referred to as the ‘master hormone’.

Unfortunately, as with so many hormones, GH levels decline as we get older. Specifically in the case of GH, levels begin to fall at the fairly dramatic rate of 14% per decade after we reach the age of 30.

The effects of declining GH can be seen in a number of diverse ways, most of which we usually put down to simply getting older. The effects of declining GH levels include:

  • Weight gain, particularly abdominal weight
  • Loss of muscle mass
  • Weakening physical strength
  • Loss of the ability to sleep well and we become tired easily
  • Decreasing cardiac output
  • Declining overall sense of well being
  • But many of these symptoms of old age can be reversed by raising our GH levels and returning them to more youthful, healthier levels. Indeed, many now consider raising declining GH levels to be one of the most important steps in anti-aging medicine, with GH being the first substance to have been clinically proven to reverse the effects of aging.

In July 1990, Dr Daniel Rudman published his ground-breaking research into GH and its effects upon aging(1). Dr Rudman and his colleagues, based at the Medical College of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, studied a group of 21 healthy men aged 61-81 years old.

During the 6 month treatment period, 12 of the men received subcutaneous HGH injections 3 times a week. The control group of 9 men received no treatment. After the treatment period Dr Rudman and his team observed a reversal of the aging process from 10 to 20 years in the patients who received HGH injections.

They established that there had been an 8.8 percent increase in lean body mass, a 14.4 percent decrease in adipose-tissue mass, a 1.6 percent increase in average lumbar vertebral bone density and a 7.1 percent increase in skin thickness. No such changes had occurred in the control group and the aging process had continued as normal.

Dr Rudman concluded that the declining levels of secretion of GH that occur as we age were “responsible in part for the decrease of lean body mass, the expansion of adipose-tissue mass, and the thinning of the skin that occur in old age”.

These results were truly astonishing. Could GH really be the holy grail of anti-aging medicine?

And raising GH levels doesn’t just help the body in terms of anti-aging. A host of other benefits flow, a number of which are particularly important when it comes to getting the most out of your exercise regime. These benefits include:

  • Improved fitness levels
  • Increased body strength
  • Increased muscle mass
  • Decreased body fat
  • Improving energy and stamina
  • Improved sleep quality
  • Sharpened thinking
  • Improved memory
  • Improved mood
  • Increased sense of well-being
  • Lowered blood pressure
  • Decreased and balanced cholesterol levels
  • Strengthened cardiovascular system
  • Strengthened immune system
  • Beyond GHS and IGF-1

While Beyond GHS stimulates the body into releasing more GH, which as can be seen from above, can have the most dramatic effect on the body not only in terms of the benefits it bestows on those trying to improve their fitness but also in terms of its anti-aging properties, Beyond GHS also seeks to maximise the output and effects of IGF-1. This is what gives Beyond GHS a real edge, making Beyond GHS the most powerful natural GH release supplement available.

The reason for this is the critical relationship that exists between IGF-1 and GH. IGF-1 (originally referred to as Somatomedin C) is a naturally occurring polypeptide protein hormone that is produced by the liver and to a lesser extent by skeletal muscles.

IGF-1 is primarily produced in response to GH stimulation and it is the hormone through which GH exerts most of its growth promoting effects.

IGF-1 acts as one of the most potent activators of what is known as the AKT signalling pathway. This pathway stimulates cell growth and multiplication, and inhibits programmed cell death. IGF-1, therefore, helps to regulate cell growth and development and DNA synthesis, stimulating the growth of bones and other tissues and promoting the production of lean muscle mass. And the effects of IGF-1 are felt by almost every cell in the body, especially those in the nerves, muscles, bones and cartilage, lungs, liver, kidneys and skin.

In normal, healthy people IGF-1 levels are low in early childhood, increase gradually during childhood and peak during puberty. But then, as with so many hormones, IGF-1 levels decline in adult life.

By acting on both GH and IGF-1, not only will you find that Beyond GHS enables you to get the most out of your fitness program by increasing your strength, lean muscle mass, stamina and endurance, you will also experience other benefits such as losing those unwanted pounds, sleeping better and generally feeling better. And most importantly you’ll be well on your way to achieving the ultimate goal of living for as long as possible as healthily as possible.

    Dosage

The amount of Beyond GHS you should take depends on your purpose for taking the product.

If you are taking Beyond GHS for athletic use, it is recommended that you take 3-4 tablets one and a half hours before working out. These tablets should be taken on an empty stomach. You should also take 1-2 tablets before bedtime.

If you are taking Beyond GHS for anti-aging use, it is recommended that you take 3 tablets before bedtime on an empty stomach or first thing in the morning. You should follow a regime of taking tablets for 5 days and then having 2 tablet free days before resuming the next 5 day cycle. If you weigh less than 70kg you should reduce your dose to 2 tablets. Alternatively, consult your doctor.
